Any cancellation of the contracted services initiated by the client will be subject to the following terms:

  • A) The first payment for the agreed services, in case of cancellation will not be returned.
  • B) The second payment could be returned if the cancellation is effective ten days before the event.

If for any reason, were it necessary to make a change or extension of the contracted services, the modified configuration of the service, as well as the corresponding price information, will be signed by the parties and incorporated into the contract as a modifying addendum.
